The Pro Pak-R machine produces a range of air cushions for packaging items in shipping boxes. Compact, fast and easy to use thanks to latest technology, the plug-in machine uses ambient air to inflate on demand various air pillow packaging film styles to suit applications as needed: void fill, wrapping, block and brace, cross-layer, interleaving and corner protection.
The air packing bags are extremely lightweight but robust and made of non-toxic water-repellent chemically inert recyclable material printed with water-based ink.

The Pro Pak-R is the fast, reliable rental solution for producing recyclable air cushions in busy packing areas. Equipped with smart technology, a single machine can be used for multiple packing tables, with the ability to inflate on demand a variety of recyclable air pillow protective packaging film styles for different applications. These range from void fill to corner protection, and have the benefit of adding no extra weight to boxes – they are made up of 99% air – while providing highly reliable protection.
Weighing only 16kg and measuring a compact 35x35x35cms, the ProPak machine provides a flexible, mobile and ergonomic solution between work stations. It can be placed on a stable table surface or a stand (available separately). The procedure is simple “plug and play”, using ambient air to inflate the loaded film. Air-transfer technology enables the cushions to offer superior protective packaging and shock absorption.
The machine operates via Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) which recognises the airbag type and automatically adjusts the settings. It can also be used in auto dispensing mode (Auto-Index) which automatically produces the next string of airbags. Other features are a data store that gives you an overview of the use and consumption of the machine, and a function user lockout that allows the operator only to modify certain settings.
Designed for reliability in high-volume environments, the Pro Pak-R is easy to maintain, with service through sub-assemblies in less than 15 minutes.
A range of helpful accessories are available to make your packing process even more efficient: stand; bin; foot pedal; mobile fill (a versatile ergonomic solution that moves easily between packing tables); cutting device (cuts produced air pillows into separate strings; and Mini ADS, which provides a continuous supply of inflated cushions for different packaging applications and is ideal for smaller spaces.
